Day NinetyNine: Boy filed directly to the basement today to play the new season of Fortnite... At 9am I started to wonder were he was... it was unlike him to sleep in this late... but no, it was just me. He was so quiet down stairs I didn't even realize he had slipped past me into the basement... then it dawned on me... ya, he slept down there last night... shortened his commute to work. Much cooler down stairs. I got on some graphic design work I had to finish this morning... more top secret down south racecar stuff. And in the afternoon I took my new switch out to the garage and finished hooking up the lathe... tools, now I need to find the tools, I cleaned up the basement some more looking for them... no dice... actually dice would likely be easier to find. Heather called looking for the password to her PC account, she was heading to the store in the big town for some food... we were able to go a long time without going to the store at all and survived on just what we had... but now that the stocks have been cut in half we are needing to go more often... that combined with the fact that you can't actually get what you need anymore because everyone's buying habits have changed and the supply chains are stretched to the limit... well, you just are going to have to start going out twice as often as before. I know, it doesn't seem right. She brought home cooked chicken, I really wasn't in the mood to cook tonight, neither was Heather... Chicken it was... how damn long do they need to cook those rotisserie chickens for to get the skeleton to fall out of it like that when you try to lift it out of the box? (Asking for a friend) She also whipped up some dressing... now I remember why I had all those 5 year old bottles of store bought dressing in the fridge I had to throw out... seems we make our own. Dinner was late so with the little time we had after dinner we sat about and looked for some new music for Heather to learn on the Sax... I'm thinking Careless Whisper OR Happy... the search for music degraded to the point we were watching people play Metal Songs played on Kids Toys. Sleep overtook the better part of the house. I logged into Skyblock for a bit. Now I managed to fish a few Zombie Villagers out of the mob spawner and heal them up all nice nice... but for the life of me, I can't get them to make the beast with two backs... they have everything I can give them but oddly enough won't pick up bread and the farmer doesn't seem to be an over energetic chap so maybe they just don't have the strength for extracurricular activities. Meh, I will look into it tomorrow. GN
