Day NinetySeven: Note to self, it's garbage day today don't forget. Ya like that's going to help... Must have helped, garbage made it out to the curb... new garbage bag put in the can... Like I have nothing better to do at 6:10 am, boy is up and running around like his hair is on fire... sure why not... feed him some over easy eggs, toast, bacon ( I figured anything with syrup is just going to add to the problem ). We logged onto the Minecraft server and just played... didn't do any work on it, just played like players, he started working on his challenges and playing with his mob spawner he built, I had some catching up to do. At 11am I got my opportunity, he logged into his online school thing.... and I caught up some but felt guilty for playing video games while he did school work, so I went outside and hooked up the wiring for the trailer lights connection in the Subaru. After lunch SideKick dropped in, we had some paper work to take care of... neither of our cell phones were working worth a crap. We finally gave up, the internet was just as bad. Heather got home and caught sidekick drinking the last cup of coffee... I'm starting to thing there is a reason he times his exits just before she gets home... and I don't think it's because he is afraid of getting blocked in the driveway. LOL I had been thawing out a hunk of 'ham' I had in the freezer... pretty sure it was going to be part of dinner... we looked again... umm... this isn't ham. Sure it was of the piggely-wiggley family but it wasn't smoked or cooked or picked or anything like that... is was, um... raw pork of some kind... likely something I had set aside to make souvlaki out of... hmmm, what will it be tonight... we gave up and went out side. Heather started to work on the Lawn and I went back to working on the Cars, cleaned out the back of the Subaru and sorted out which items belonged in each car... 2 sets of jumper cables in one car and none in the other... brought in most of the winter hats and gloves (still left one hat in the car, it can still get cold)... speaking of cold, is it normal to still keep an ice scraper handy in both vehicles in the middle of June? Lawson helped clean out the garbage, he doesn't do too well on a daily bases when it comes to bringing in and tossing out wrappers and cups from Timmies and stuff... so most of the garbage was his. I vacuumed and shampooed the back of the Mazda, took it and filled it with gas so Heather wouldn't have to in the morning... The mosquitoes came out, we went in. Dinner ended up being some sort of casserole dish heavy handed in the meat and cheese variety with some cauliflower because it was looking at me funny and we needed to do away with it. The night was long, we all stayed up a little to late.
