Day EightFive: The lesson for today boys and girls are people in general are complete pieces of shit and it's only getting worse... what the fuck, do people not even try to instill some form of morals in kids as they are growing up. WTF am I talking about... these are likely the kids of the same people hoarding fucking toilet paper. So we played some more of that stupid fucking game today so I could help him get back everything he had lost and try to help him get the machine he was trying to build. Now I won't buy him an account for any of these stupid games, if he wants something he has to work in the game and earn things... And I keep track of what he's doing, he likes to show me his progress and is proud of what he accomplishes... I have to come and check out the fast food store he's built or new guns he's collected or how many points he's got for running over chickens with tricycles and how much money he's earned and how he's ranked against the other players. AND He's pretty generous to others... he enjoys helping others in almost everything he does. In this particular game he has built things that create resources in excess of his needs SO he was allowing other people to collect his surplus. Now to do this he has to give them permissions in the game that also allow them to take anything they want not just the stuff he is generously letting them have for free. So... I get the question, "can I let Xplayer collect crops on my island?" - I remind him the damage they can do, I remind him that he can't even trust his piece of shit friend, and then tell him it's his game and he can do what ever he wants to do. This happened 4 times today... I rode this fucker out and just keep helping him rebuild every time some one would fuck him over and start taking all his stuff again. After about 10 hours of rebuilding and collecting materials that had been taken, I Gave the Fuck up. I had to tell him... I'm not doing it anymore... lesson for the day: People are Fucking Pieces of Garbage... Don't trust Anyone... better to come to that realization before you get older and people are screwing you out of things a little more substantial Like Money, Homes, Vehicles, Trailers, Other Possessions... Did I ask What the Fuck is wrong with people??? And why don't they cut off people hands that steal things anymore? When did that fall out of fashion? Not even sure that would make a difference anymore... there seems to be no link between actions and consequences. Maybe we should blame the internet, no the lack of supervision on the internet... not the parents not watching everything they do, I'm talking about some form of supervision at the app level... people are putting out sloppy programming shit with little to no thought about how their stuff is being used and who is using it. The sheer number of 'users' and anonymity is mind boggling BUT this is where people are learning now. Oh look they are learning on the internet isn't that wonderful... Bull Shit! Just look at what they are learning... In the last couple of days we have learned it's normal to Lie, Cheat and Steal and there is pretty much nothing that can be done if you act this way... these kids are going to grow up with no reason to think there is anything wrong with doing any of these things to get ahead or get what you want. Now don't get me wrong, this isn't all the fault of people learning stuff online... there were plenty of people before the internet that turned into the same pieces of shit. My mother in law is a fine example... oh wait and my ex's mother and step father too, oh and I have had a few 'friends' that fit in that category... but I can see things getting much worse as time marches on. Mark my words... left unchecked things are going to get ugly. Hell to most of them it's just good fun to try and screw people over. Think about that. Heather made it home and both the boy and I were in a foul mood. They went outside to play while I cut up some stuff for dinner and cooked some snausages. While they were outside they cleaned up the yard, stick and rock removal... looks like lawn mowing is on deck for the weekend.... I wonder if I can get any of them running... it's been a while. After dinner I decided that a new Minecraft server was in order... No point in waiting for fucking utopia to spring out of some programmers ass on the internet... if you want something done right, just do it yourself. He decided on a Skyblock server so we will see how that goes... no swearing, stealing, griefing, scamming... blah blah blah... You can't be a decent member of society, your going to get a huge ass boot right in the pants. Want to play all nice nice and be friendly to each other they will see a lot more perks.
