Paint n Paper

Home Improvements
Watch it transform from hell hole to hovel.  It's amazing what a little paint n paper will do... ok and some tiles.

Day 183

Posted 9/10/2020

Day 183: Well, it's officially half a fucking year of this bullshit now. Breakfast, he got up late, only 10 minutes but that throws off the schedule. He gets no options... Get up late... You eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast. Lol, I must have got up late a lot when I was a kid... Either that or my dad worked at the place that made the cereal frequently. After the boy was out the door and off to school I started to work on the books... Financial crap.. you know. Took me until just after noon... As I feared... We are broke. So nothing is new. Shower... Needed a shower after all that heavy figuring. Actually I think I wacked my head on something fighting with the smoke detectors the other night... Dried crusty blood in my hair... Ick. Then I sat down. That was a mistake... Never did get back up, I think the past week sucked the life force out of me. Lawson eventually got home. Followed by Heather... We pondered dinner, she had an excellent idea but leftovers were needing to be used... But I did like her pizza idea... Damn should have just had the pizza and stuck the leftovers in the freezer. Lawson had his online hockey training after dinner... Tonight for a change we set up in the basement. I left him to that... I came down a little after it started and he has no pants on... Aparently the pants were not stretchy enough to do the exercises in so he took them off. Lol while he was doing half naked yoga in the basement Heather and I made some chocolate cake because chocolate cake obviously. I went back down and sat though the strategy part of the training with Lawson... It is focused on it from the players point of view but we discussed what he could do to keep one step ahead of the players... If he knows what the players are thinking, what they are looking for, and where the players are on the ice he has the advantage because it is all in front of him... Read the play, know where the shot is most likely to come from and watch the open man out of the corner of your eye. Afterwards everyone got ready for bed... Mornings come early again.
